Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book a seat at the Founding Members Session, a live online session hosted by Lee Taylor and organised by The Unfair Advantage Network (“we”, “us”). By registering, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

• Each session is limited to 20 seats. Seats are given in the order bookings are completed, and the next session opens only when the one before it is full.
• Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• One ticket admits one business owner. Please don't share your joining link; we may remove anyone who joins without a booking.
• Please give accurate details. We use them to send your joining link and reminders.

The ticket price is shown on the event page (currently £20, including any VAT that applies). When payment is taken, it is processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. If a booking is offered free of charge, no payment is needed and these terms still apply.

• The session is a live, 60-minute online event, usually on Zoom. You need a device with an internet connection. Joining details are sent by email before the session.
• All times are UK time. We may make reasonable changes to the running order or content, and we may need to move a session to another date. If we do, we'll tell you as soon as we can and you can choose the new date or a refund (see our Refund Policy).
• The session is recorded, and attendees receive access to the replay. Your name and chat messages may appear in the recording.

• Lee Taylor reviews up to three businesses live in each session. Opting in puts your business forward to be considered; it doesn't guarantee selection, and we choose at our discretion.
• Audits only look at publicly available information and are shared with everyone attending the session and in the replay. You can withdraw your business at any time before the session by emailing us.
• Feedback given during an audit is general guidance for education, not professional advice.

• Your ticket includes 3 months of free access to the The Unfair Advantage Network community, starting when we send you access. After that, you can choose whether to continue; you won't be charged automatically.
• Registrants can book the Founding Member business audit for £80 instead of £150. The audit is a separate service with its own booking link, sent by email and shared in the session chat.

Please be respectful to the host and other attendees. Don't share offensive material, spam or advertising in the chat. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session, without a refund.

The session, slides, recording and any materials belong to us or Lee Taylor. You can use them for your own business, but please don't record, copy, resell or publish them without our written permission.

The session is practical and educational. We share ideas and techniques in good faith, but we can't guarantee any particular result, such as Google rankings, AI search recommendations, followers or sales. These depend on many things outside our control.

We will provide the session with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your ticket. We are not responsible for business losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, or for problems caused by your own device or internet connection.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

If something outside our reasonable control, such as illness, a major platform outage or a power failure, stops a session going ahead, we'll offer you a place on another date or a full refund.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you booked. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
